RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for full refund within 14 days of from date posted as delivered. You must notify Kosterich Studio Arts via email ( kosterichstudioarts@gmail.com ) prior to returning item. Items shipped without prior notification will not be accepted for refund.
Items must be in their original purchase condition. If the item is not returned it its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
If item or package arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment and notify us immediately via email. Please retain packing material. If item is damaged or missing, notify us immediately via email. Kosterich Studio Arts is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments
If you ordered the wrong item or entered incorrect shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at kosterichstudioarts@gmail.com. We will do our best to but can not guarantee we will be able to stop the order before it ships.
We are not responsible for denied, lost, damaged, or stolen packages. We will use UPS or FedEx as our shipping agents. Incomplete or incorrectly addressed deliveries can be reshipped at customer expense, if package was returned to Kosterich Studio Arts by shipping company.
Non-Refundable Items
Special order items are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Shipping fees are non-refundable if returned unless the items were received damaged
